We hate the service department at this dealership. After having BMWs for over 30 years, we went to Lincoln & Acura for one round of autos because of the service department. I came in to get a rear wiper replaced. I was there 2 1/2 hours. When I finally asked when the car would be ready, it was finished but no one came to tell me. They also replaced all wiper I was there 2 1/2 hours. When I finally asked when the car would be ready, it was finished but no one came to tell me.
