I was preapproved for a car loan, they don't use my bank only their 3 approved lenders, so made me go through their finance. This has high APR's so I did not want to use them. They asked me to come back Sa only their 3 approved lenders, so made me go through their finance. This has high APR's so I did not want to use them. They asked me to come back Saturday with a check from my bank but we couldn't get to the bank till Monday. They still told me to come in Saturday and I waited there for 3 hours for NO reason I never saw finance and I had already picked out the car I wanted so they just ruined my Saturday night for no reason even when I tried to leave they said they were almost ready for me. This took 4 days!! Started Friday, wasted my Sunday they brought me the car Sunday and I had to still go to my bank and drop them off a check Monday. They need more finance people 1 person on a Saturday is CRAZY! They need to be more organized also, they gave me a print out for my bank but that didn't match the contract they were havening me sign. They had wrote anew number that wasn't ok with the bank so we had to wait at the bank for 20 minutes for them to email over the corrected one. Horrible experience all around! More
