From point of car drop off to pick up, perfection. All service reps provided superior service, and I was kept informed along the way while three separate services were performed on the car. The car was returned to me with a washed exterior and vacuumed interior. The Service Department should serve as a business model for other companies that seek to excel in the treatment of their customers. I also appreciate the mechanics who perform the work but are not customer facing so they do not have the opportunity to hear positive feedback for their expertise. More
