Last week had my wife’s BMW at the service department for airbag inspection, after sitting for 2h in the waiting area, I was able to take the car back and go home. On the way I’ve discovered that all radio s airbag inspection, after sitting for 2h in the waiting area, I was able to take the car back and go home. On the way I’ve discovered that all radio stations on the iDrive screen were bouncing up and down. I came back, let the service advisor know and they took the car back to investigate it. After an hour or so I was told, that issue was corrected and I am good to go. In a few minutes of driving, it happened again so I went back. This time I was asked to drive for a day and so and let the advisor know about the outcome. Since then I’ve been texting, calling this person several times and basically got a middle finger up. Try to complain to the service manager without any luck. If you want to save your time and aggravation, please make sure you’ll be staying away from this place. More
