The reception and check in for my car was handled promptly and courteously by Sergio. The dealership is always clean and sparkling, and I appreciate the coffee machine as well. Sergio stayed on the task of finding that part. I was thankful to have a loaner car during the time my car was at the dealership. I always appreciate this feature and it’s great to drive a different BMW than my X5 for a change of pace.
