I highly recommend Jack and BMW of Ridgefield for great service and a great deal. I ordered a new X5 from them at the end of 2010 and had the most pleasant buying experience I've had in 15 years of car sho service and a great deal. It was the attention to little details, like having our license plates ready to go when we picked up the car, that made the difference here. Also, they didn't play games during price negotiations. Most BMW salespeople I've dealt with have such an unrealistic approach to pricing and are usually quite difficult to deal with. Jack, on the other hand, was quite straightforward, responsive to calls and emails, and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely think of him first for our next car purchase. More
We really wanted a CPO 328i and were having a hard time finding the right one at the right price. James spent a lot of time digging around the inventory between Ridgefield & Bridgeport. I found my buying experience at BMW of Ridgefield to be exceptional. Not only did they price the car agressively but when the car came in, they actually did better than promised. I was looking for a 5 series manual loaded and looked for about 3 months. I went to multiple dealers who didn't have what I was looking for and when I went to see James at BMW of Ridgefield he took down my i about 3 months. I went to multiple dealers who didn't have what I was looking for and when I went to see James at BMW of Ridgefield he took down my information and called me when the car I wanted arrived. Took 2 weeks for the car to arrive but James was the only sales person who called me back out of the 5 dealers I visited. The price and communication was great. In the past three years, I have found the Service Department to be equally committed to providing outstanding customer service. Each of my service visits have been handled with respect for my time, and thoroughness (no need to come-back because they did not have a part in-stock or had overbooked for that day).
