I have never enjoyed the buying of a new car. I am not particularly a "car person" and have always dreaded the stress and time involved in the back and forth negotiation and game playing that had typical particularly a "car person" and have always dreaded the stress and time involved in the back and forth negotiation and game playing that had typically been my experience. I must say that this changed when I bought my first BMW from Prestige BMW and Lori Asserson. She made me realize that buying a car can be done in a professional, fair and stress-free manor. Having had about 15 new cars over the years, this was somewhat of an Eureka Experience for me. However, when my lease was up recently, I was seriously considering downsizing my monthly payments and purchasing another brand of automobile. When I called Lori to tell her I would be terminating my BMW lease and explained why, she asked what exactly was I looking for in my next car and what price point did I have. I relayed the pertinent information and she asked me to come in and just talk to her. More out of a courtesy to her, I went in to Prestige BMW not expecting to buy a car. Lori, had obviously spent a lot of time putting together a proposal that fit not only my needs but my price as well. I was somewhat stunned when I learned what she was presenting to me. She went right to the bottom line and gave me the best possible deal she could. Knowing a great deal when I saw it , I accepted it. This took about 15 minutes. My experience with Lori Asserson and Prestige BMW has been truly unique in my experience. You are dealing with true professionals who take the time to listen to you and take the stress out of car buying. For the first time since I was a kid, I became truly excited about getting a new car and couldn't wait to get into it. With most new cars, someone shows you how to start the car and adjust the mirrors, and you are out of there in 10 minutes. Andy Okun spent over an hour going over the car with me and remains a resource for additional tutorials. nov 27 2013 , my experience w prestige BMW in ramsay N.J, & purchasing a car over the internet . I have been in the automobile businesses for over 30 years so first hand I know what customers expect..as we & purchasing a car over the internet . I have been in the automobile businesses for over 30 years so first hand I know what customers expect..as well as being on the other side , i was searching for a particular Lincoln for my neighbor a recent widow ,...I found it on the internet at prestige BMW, I contacted the dealer by phone & left a message and did not get a call back at first..so upon my 2nd call ....this time I spoke with LANCE AIELLO ...explained that i saw a car on their website & that I am in the auto business in northeast , Ohio , ...9 hrs away..LANCE took the time w me & proceeded to get the deal done & sent extra pictures of said car, expedited paperwork , the 2012 MKS is in my neighbor's garage ..she is very pleased. & ...I would recommend Lance @ prestige BMW, & feel comfortable with doing business again. chas in ohio More
