I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a massive pothole on the way to work this morning resulting in blowing out a run flat tire. Since I purchased tire insurance through BMW when I leased the car, I called the service desk to find out the procedure of getting the tire replaced. the car is not equipped with a spare and cannot be driven. Maria was most helpful by looking up the name of the insurer, the policy number and a phone number so that I could contact them and find alternative places that would honor their policy. I am most grateful for her assistance. More

I consider myself a car enthusiast, while someone who also despises the car buying process. In September of 2013, I put a call into Prestige BMW when I saw a BMW M3 on autotrader.com at their dealership. When I asked to speak to a salesman, the receptionist put me in touch with Michael Rossi. It was late, and the dealership was about to close, but Michael walked me through all the M3s the dealership had in stock. I quickly changed my mind about the M3, but Michael kept in touch, checking in occasionally to see if he could help me find a car. Not in an annoying or persistent way, but in a very friendly and cordial way. In November, I realized I wanted a new car for my wife and I and settled on a rear-drive BMW 435i. As I had been in contact with Michael, and he was very friendly, I called him up hoping to order a 435i with a specific color-option configuration. Michael gave me a great price on a custom order, and was constantly there for me when I changed my mind on color/options before the order locked and wanted to check in on delivery status. He helped get an allocation for a rear-drive 435i (which just isn't a common order in NJ) quicker than I expected, and ran me through financing options. On the week leading up to my car's delivery, Michael called just to check in and let me know the car hadn't arrived yet, which was very courteous (as he knew i was anxiously awaiting its arrival). When the car finally arrived, my wife and I took the train from our job in Manhattan to Ramsey. Michael was kind enough to personally pick us up at the train station, which was our first time meeting him in person after working a deal out on the phone for weeks. As Michael had worked out virtually all the specifics of the deal with me over the phone, the delivery day at the dealership was just a fun experience. Mark Ellwanger in Finance worked through the paperwork, helped me choose some of the insurance options I wanted (wheel and tire insurance are a must for me with 19" rims), and also locked in a great lease rate for me from the prior month that had since expired. Mark was just a pleasure to deal with, with great conversation and made paperwork a breeze. After this was completed, Klaudia did the delivery run through with us and made it quick and fun (as we were anxious to drive our new car!). She helped us set up our BMW Assist, among other things. I consider myself tech savvy, but she showed us several things with the car we wouldn't have figured out and got us on the road quickly. It's very difficult to carry out a transaction like this over the phone for weeks, and leave a buyer feeling like they are a VIP-level client. This is what Michael did, and kudos to him for it. The delivery day experience with Mark and Klaudia only solidified that this is a high quality operation, with very special individuals who take pride in providing a very high level of customer service. I look forward to other buying experiences with these individuals and this dealership, and Michael, Mark and Klaudia receive my highest recommendation. Sincerely, Damian More

I was not ready to buy a x5 just yet but, Max convince me to go to the dealer to show me the x5s. Max treated me so well and friendly that I ended it up buying a x5. He really went out off his way to help me during the whole proses and after the purchase was finalized. He also called me few times to check if all were ok with the car and to offer me help if I need to get familiar with the car. I am very please with Max Carela's professionalism and willingness to help costumers. base in my personal experience of buying new and used cars from dealers (4 from prestige), Max Carela is a good assess for prestige BMW. and I will certainly recommend him to my friends.
