Thanks to Max Carela, my experience purchasing a BMW vehicle was a great one. Max was very attentive and willing to help through the entire process. It took me an entire day—literally past closing time—to decide which vehicle I would purchase. I struggled with what I wanted vs. what I was willing to pay, yet Max never made me feel rushed. He genuinely seemed to care and wanted to assist in helping me find what I was looking for. The search was so long that towards the end I started to believe that I would never find the X5 I wanted at the price I was willing to pay and was willing to settle for a 5 series; however, Max never steered me in that direction to make a sale, instead what he did was let me know that I had choices and that he was willing to continue to help me no matter what I decided or how long it took. After the dealer closed, Max still allowed me to take another look at what was in the showroom and there it was the X5 I had wanted all along at the right price. The X5 featured on the showroom floor was one I had chosen to overlook because it was not the color I wanted, but was the perfect vehicle with all the extras I had hoped for and more. Thanks to Max’s help I traded in my 5 series and drove off with my new X5 and I love it. Thanks Max! More

My sister was in the market for a new car and wanted a Mini, but I was also looking to get out of my current negative equity lease. I was in a bad financial situation with my car and was looking to get out of it by getting a new lease. Considering the financial impact it would have on the dealer, I didn't think I would get a deal that would fit my expectations. A salesman at Mini recommended me to Lori Asserson at Prestige BMW in Ramsey, NJ. When we had originally met, she was on her way home as she was not feeling well. She DID, however, have the courtesy to come out IMMEDIATELY and introduce herself to the both of us and make an appointment to see her the following day. In the meantime, we decided to visit another dealer down the road and had to wait TWO HOURS to see him, which by that time, the dealer was closing in 5 minutes. They actually gave my sister a better deal on a BMW than at Mini. Fast forward to a week later, Lori had kept our best interests in mind and matched her deal and gave me a GREAT deal on a new lease and offered to buy out my old lease. She was professional, honest, and above all, very friendly and genuine. I would recommend Lori's expertise and service to ANYONE looking for a BMW. The overall experience was stress-free and easy. Prestige BMW also has the nicest showroom I've seen with tons of cars for viewing. I'm looking forward to getting our new BMWs! More

Brought my 2013 535xi in for a problem with the voice command/iDrive system not working properly. Dealership had my car for a week and they did not repair the problem. They stated the car was reprogram command/iDrive system not working properly. Dealership had my car for a week and they did not repair the problem. They stated the car was reprogrammed and a BMW NA rep looked at the iDrive and everything was operating as normal. Car was with the dealer for a week and problem was not repaired and actually got the car back with scratches on the trunk area that were not there when I brought the car in. After dealing with the problem for months longer and losing a little joy about my car I tried Paul Miller BMW which is 1/2 an hour further for me; Paul Miller BMW stated (as I believed) that Prestige did not reprogram the car and the software was the original which was numerous versions behind. Paul Miller BMW reprogrammed the car in a day and everything was working perfect and more importantly they did not damage my car. I love my car again! Should have learned my lesson from this experience with Prestige BMW but just recently brought my car in for a tire repair (bubble) and again Prestige BMW damaged my car - service department replaced the tire but put a small chip and dent in my rim. Additionally, car was parked right outside the pick up area so I walked out to the car and noticed that car was backed in up against a snow bank (actually ice)! Glad I did not see or hear them backing into the snow/ice bank. More proof they don't care about your car. I will never use this dealership again and I recommend you don't either. More
