I have purchased probably the first BMW 435i convertible, and while there is hard to find it anywhere in the country, it was made available to us. The hard work of the manager to accommodate us and the unbelievable effort Lori put in to expedite the papers and the shipment of the car to Florida were just wonderful. The car was delivered to our driveway just as promised. Lori made the paper work so easy to do, using the overnight mailing and email, scanners and all. She called quite a few times to answer questions, to update us on the status and to make sure we are happy. After we received the car she also called to make sure we like it, and to make sure we do not have any questions. She arranged a conference call for us with a colleague to walk us through all the wonderful features of this car. She took the time to walk us through the car and answered all our questions, no matter how simple they must have seemed to her.
