In particular, David Malette is a legend. On top of his excellent knowledge on the vehicles, he is very friendly, prompt in his communications and always makes sure that he finds a solution for you. I bought a brand new X6 from David / BMW of Raleigh in February 2025 and I needed to get a tire replaced after having driven over a nail. The Service department was backed up, but David still worked with me to help squeeze me into their schedule and was there to guide me throughout the process, even though he is a Salesperson and not a Service Advisor. He listens to what you say you want and what you state as your budget. He is extremely patient and there was zero pressure to buy a car we didn't want nor fid he use the scare or pressure tactics that many sales people use. He should hold a Master Class because I have been buying cars for 40 years and in my opinion Ales' style and professionalism are exceptional. One day sales people will figure out that customers "will buy" if the product is good and the service during the sales cycle is comfortable and informative.
