I told him what I was looking for and he grabbed the keys and we went out for a drive. I don't like hard sells and I never felt this way with Mark, he was relaxed and easy to talk to. After the test drive I had decided on a certified 2014 535d that had come off lease. Car was in great condition and backed by the extended warranty. Making the deal was quick and easy. Mark made an initial offer, I countered, Mark's sales manager made another counter. It was a good price I bought the car. I am extremely picky and detailed in my car choices and questions. John was able to find a 4 series for me that was already in transit from Germany with everything I wanted and get it sent to Leith so I could pick it up in just a week rather than wait 8-10 for a custom build. John was very responsive, answering any questions I had quickly and keeping me informed almost daily of the progress of shipping and when the car would be available for pickup. Would definitely do business with him again. Very glad I have my new car for the start of summer. More

Most relaxing car buying experience I went into Leith BMW last week when I was in the process of deciding what kind of car I wanted to trade in my Ford Escape for. There was a vehicle at another dealership I was leaning toward, but something was drawing me to continue looking. I found a 2014 BMW X1 on Leith's webpage and decided I needed to at least go have a look. I pulled into the lot and spotted the crossover imediately. I walked up to take a look when Henry Caldwell introduced himself. I told him my situation, what I was looking for and what I was comparing it to. Knowing that I had never driven a BMW previously, Henry offered to take me for a test drive, he drove the first half, and I drove us back. I'd never experienced anything like it. The car has amazing features that pushed it over the edge in the competition I didn't even realize it was in. We went back to the dealership, Henry and his GM looked at my car, ran numbers and next thing I knew, I qualified for a payment under the budget I had set in my mind. This was the first time I had purchased a car without the help of my dad, but he was even proud when I called to tell him the news. This purchasing process was absolutely phenomenal. Every question I asked, Henry was able to answer; even the questions I didn't think to ask. He walked me thru each step, explaining not only what was going to happen next but why it was going to happen; I didn't even experience a moment of doubt because I knew everything was falling into place exactly how it was supposed to. Like I said, it's been a week, and I have never been happier. I'm so in love with my new, lovingly used X1, and I have a feeling she won't be the last BMW I'll have in my driveway thanks Henry Caldwell and all of the other amazing folks at Leith BMW. More

Richard Williams was our customer advisor and we had just the best experience with him and the rest of the great folks at Leith. Richard was very helpful in providing all the information I asked for before we even made an appointment to test drive the car we ultimately bought. He was very friendly, informative and responsive to all of our questions and comments through the test drive and the follow-on discussion. At no point did we feel that we were being pressured or rushed to make a decision and I appreciated that a great deal. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process and, when we are once again in the market for a new car, we will definitely return to Leith BMW & speak with Richard for that purchase as well. The trade-in & finance portions of our visit were extremely positive experiences as well. Harry worked our paperwork in record time and the trade in value on our vehicle was fair and reasonable. Finally, the BMW genius service is an excellent service and I appreciated the help provided from them as well. More
