Warning! Do not turn your lease in at BMW of Palm Springs. It will cost you time and money! This is my third and last lease with BMW of Palm Springs. Ron Biggs, Sales Manager, treated me like a Springs. It will cost you time and money! This is my third and last lease with BMW of Palm Springs. Ron Biggs, Sales Manager, treated me like a third class citizen. I had a scheduled appointment and he was late, did not make eye contact, was surely and did not shake my hand or offer a greeting. He empted the CD and tossed it on the passenger seat. No respect for my property! Most of the inspection consisted of him feeling by hand all door, hood and trunk seams. I asked what he was doing and he said that he suspected damage and re-paint. I told him the car was not re-painted and he gave me a dirty look and continued his inspection. He went to his office and brought back a print out with a huge list of repairs. My car was 3000 under mileage with no credit here. I almost fell over when I reviewed Mr.Biggs list of costly items. Up-set, I drove straight to BMW of Riverside. I had no appointment but that didn’t seem to matter. Their inspection report saved me hundreds of dollars on the turn in and they were helpful and friendly. More
