In over 30 years of driving, the worst car and dealership experience I've ever had. In six months, my 535xi wagon has been in for service six time - four of which it had to be towed because it could not be d experience I've ever had. While the service staff is generally courteous and friendly, the sales and management staff are a joke. As a woman I feel like they are patronizing. Will NEVER, NEVER own a BMW again.
