When I took my vehicle in, there were no 7 series loaners available. As soon as one became available, she switched out the loaner 5 series so that I was not inconvenienced. She went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. More

Service of our X5 Dealership called us to report our CD changer was in. They wanted to set up a time to install it. We had just purchased our X5. I showed up at the Dealership called us to report our CD changer was in. They wanted to set up a time to install it. We had just purchased our X5. I showed up at the service dept & received my loaner car ( very nice). The next day Brenda called & told me they had made a mistake. There was not a CD changer in our X5, just a single CD in the dash. She asked for permission to install the CD changer in our X5 for no charge. They could easily have just kept the CD changer & sent us on our way. They went the extra mile & gave it to us, which was very nice. Brenda, THANK YOU!! You put us first, when you could have just moved on. I had talked with her previously & she was very nice & professional.
