I have been driving BMWs for almost 15 years now and have noticed inconsistency of service in several places. The Murrieta location is relatively new and has tried to be as accommodating and serviceable as possible with customers. The staff goes all out to make sure we are satisfied with the service and that we leave happy and confident that they have done their best. I do appreciate their diligence and send them a warm Thank You. More
