On two different occasions I called and a service representative provided instructions (during the call) that enabled me to perform a challenging function I could not resolve alone using the vehicle manual. Service is always complete, expeditious. I appreciate that transportation or loaner vehicles are also provided when necessary. I continue to be impressed by the quality of service and personnel. From sales and financing representatives with whom I have interfaced (Roy Cronk and Renee Santos, respectively); to service, (Ryan Cornille, Hannah Loveday, Victoria Guthery, Carol Tilton); and the courteous individuals that assisted me during the drop-off and pick-up process, the people are top notch! Ryan Cornille has been particularly helpful and responsive. I highly recommend BMW of Murrieta to family and friends. More
