Ryan Holland was super friendly and worked hard to get the most money for my alledged "worthless" minivan lease and made it possible for me to get into the BMW X1!!! He also searched their sister stores to get the exact one I wanted with all the things I needed for my active life!! Ryan Holland really went above and beyond!! I received a call stating they did not have the airbag in rock but they'd give me a loaner. I don't know if it's policy but it helped tremedously. Their staff are very friendly and knowledgable. I figured bringing in an old dinosaur of a bmw, that I might have gotten some other kind of treatment but it never came to fruition. Chad Ludwig took care of everything in a timely manner and called me when my vehicle was ready. They even cleaned my car!! More

Great Experience Carl, was a very nice salesperson to work with. When I arrived at the dealership I was set on one particular car which Carl told me had sold. He quickly found me another certified pre- owned vehicle with a comparable price and mileage. The entire car buying process for me started early morning and I did not finish until 5:30pm. All the time working with Carl the entire day. He is very patient and knowledgeable. My car needed an item added to it and some minor detailing. Carl went the extra mile to ensure that the car had everything done to it that met my needs.
