Outstanding customer service !! I reside in San Diego and my 3 series broke down in Murrieta , I was able to make an emergency appointment and had my car serviced. With everyday call updates that gave me the status of my vehicle , gave me peace of mind . He went in detail what needed to be done and answered all the questions I had .
