We have been coming in to this dealer for a couple of years, never felt pressure to purchase, but always left feeling his appreciation for our visit and a willingness to engage with us on our terms and in relation to our needs and wants in an automobile. If we had experienced anything like pressure to buy, we would have left and not returned. That was not our experience even remotely. His patient and knowledgeable approach was of enormous help to us as we shopped for a car, and ultimately purchased a car with which I think we will be very happy for years to come. He was more than fair to us about price, giving us the sense that he understood our financial limitations and that he would do his best to earn our patronage, find us the best care for our needs, and at a price that was within our budget. He also offered to assist us in selling a car which we had and were interested in selling. And this was after we had agreed to purchase. When the agreement for us to buy the car was made, Geoff did not stop trying to help us, but continued to work with us. That shows sincerity and care and creates the most essential ingredient for this kind of relationship, trust. I really can't imagine a more important dimension of a sales/customer relationship when large sums of money are involved. The salesman was very helpful and informative. He showed me all my options of cars on the lot. He was very friendly. I never felt pressured. He worked very hard to meet my budget needs by exhausting all avenues of financing. I felt important to him. I felt he cared and he wanted me to have a good experience. He even stayed after work late a few times to meet with me. And then came in on his day off to make the deal (he had other customers as well) but it made a good impression on me. I would definately purchase another car from this dealership and thru the same salesman. More

Geoffrey Simeona with BMW of Murray put us at ease and guided us through the process. He discussed the models and gave us two test drives, one for the 3 series and one for the 5 series. We decided on the 535i x-drive. Geoffrey did not pressure us in any way. He calmly answered our questions and and explained the advantages of each model. He guided us through the ordering process, explained the financial arrangements available and made the whole process very easy. His knowledge of BMW's is extensive and was a great value to us in making our decision. We have had many stressful experiences in buying new cars in the past with pushy sales people and difficult war like negotiating. We were relieved of these fears in our visit to BMW of Murray and Geofrrey Simeona. Buying our new BMW was actually fun. Geoffrey was professional, knowledgable, never pushy, and he exceeded our expetations in all ways. When the car arrived, he thoroughly explained all features and controls. He called me later and answered some addtional questions. Everyone at BMW of Murray was genuinely friendly and helpful. Service advisor, Travis Nelson, provides clear explanations up front and keeps you posted on the progress of the work being performed. He is just absolutely AWESOME !!!!!!!! The service manager is amazing and he goes out of his way consistently to be fair, reasonable and accommodating. They really helped me out a lot since that was the first time I had to pay for repairs out of my own pocket( my car recently went out of warranty). I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUTH CENTER and how much they helped me out . I had a really good experience. Not only in terms of the work performed on my car but in terms of the customer service I received. Thanks a lot ! I hope to not return for another mechanical failure for a long time but know that when I do, I will be in good hands! More
