BMW of Murray

I purchased a car from this dealership. I flew in to pick up the car. Before I left the dealership sold me an extended maintenance package. They did not explain the pros and cons. They knew that I only drove up the car. Before I left the dealership sold me an extended maintenance package. They did not explain the pros and cons. They knew that I only drove about 5500 miles a year. I have come to trust BMW and trusted that I was given advice that was in my best interests. When I returned home I registered the car with my local dealer. We discussed the maintenance package and I became aware that due to my low mileage the maintenance package probably would not pay off for me. I contacted Murray and I was told by my service advisor that there was no problem in canceling the policy. They told me to go to my local dealership and cancel it. When I spoke to my local dealership they told me that they would take a financial hit because they did not receive the money in the first place. I contacted Murray and they said that they did not want to take the hit;therefore, I could not cancel the policy, More

Robert and his staff was amazing in helping me transition from my previous car to a new BMW. They knew it was a big step for me so they were very patient as I made my decision. Once I decided the model I liked they gave me several options to chose from and were helpful as I weighed the pros/cons of different colors and interior patterns. When I picked up the car they helped me learn its systems and made me feel comfortable in it. I would highly recommend BMW of Murray for its friendliness and their ability to give a good price - I also thought they were very fair on the trade-in value they gave to me. More

Jeris Oberle's service for my wife and I was exceptional and we would recommend Jeris and the dealership service department enthusiastically and with no reservations. He was wonderful. The work done was done well, accurately, and quickly. Jeris told us what to expect and that was exactly what happened. "We will take care of it," he said. We were directed to a customer service rep who was efficient, and helpful. She arranged a driver to take us to a nearby mall while we waited. The driver made helpful suggestions regarding the mall and told us where he would meet us when work was completed. We figured at least two hours, probably more. Instead, the customer service rep called us within 50 minutes and told us the driver would be picking us up in fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes later, we were on our way back to the dealership. Jeris met us, explained carefully the work completed. The problem resulted from a plastic container wedging under the chasis and Jeris explained exactly how the problem was rectified. On top of that, the car had been washed completely and vacuumed on the inside. It was a pleasure to deal with Jeris and the others at BMW of Murray. We strongly recommend them. More

After visiting numerous dealerships, we finally found the quality service we were looking for at BMW of Murray. The minute we arrived Robert Weitzel was there to help us. We took a spin in a Mini Cooper and knew we found the right car. The whole process from there was easy, timely, and organized. There was absolutely no pressure at all which made the whole experience very comfortable. Robert demonstrated remarkable customer service. When we picked up the car, Robert had it detailed again, had some small dents fixed, ordered a new mirror cap because it had a small scratch, and ordered a replacement car manual and second key. We didn't even ask him to do those things, yet Robert went above and beyond. We are so glad we found BMW of Murray, and would definitely buy a car there again. More
