BUYER BEWARE: I flew in from Pennsylvania to buy a 2024 X3 from BMW of Murray. After the paperwork was signed, I found two chips with splinters in the windshield that had not been disclosed. I raised 2024 X3 from BMW of Murray. After the paperwork was signed, I found two chips with splinters in the windshield that had not been disclosed. I raised it with my sales person, Rony Exantus, on the spot. He dismissed it, telling me "there's nothing we can do about that," and later called the damage minor. A second BMW dealership disagreed, confirming the chips are severe enough to require a full windshield replacement, likely $1,000–$2,500+ once camera and sensor calibration is factored in, and that it's unlikely the car will pass Pennsylvania state inspection as is. In the weeks since, the splinters have continued to spread from ordinary driving, damage that's only gotten worse the longer this has dragged on. On June 18, I emailed Kirk Nuno, the GM, and laid out exactly what had happened. He didn't respond. The inquiry was passed instead to Shane Romano, the sales manager, who replied the next day. In writing, Shane told me the dealership holds itself "to higher standards" on out-of-state deals and said he was "happy to work something out" once I sent photos. I sent them that same day. He went silent the moment he had them. Getting any further response took two rounds of escalation to BMW corporate and a public review; the first corporate contact alone did nothing. The one person at the dealership who consistently followed through the whole time was the woman helping me get the vehicle plated and registered. Everyone else, the salesman, the sales manager, and two separate GMs, went quiet. Four weeks to the day after I sent those photos, Kirk Nuno finally called. It wasn't the dealership choosing to make this right, it was the dealership responding to pressure it could no longer ignore, and what he said on that call directly contradicted what his own sales manager had put in writing weeks earlier. "We've heard your review, we've heard your messages to BMW corporate," he told me, "and the decision we've come to as a management team is that we are not going to help you in any capacity." He pointed out that the car was used, seeming to suggest this was damage I should have expected from a vehicle they sold. When I asked whether he thought this was an acceptable way to treat a customer, he didn't answer. Instead, he said, "we can keep talking in circles or we can end the call." I did everything an out-of-state buyer is supposed to do: flew in, inspected the car, documented the damage immediately, and escalated through every proper channel available, including BMW corporate itself. In writing, this dealership acknowledged fault and promised to make it right. A month later, on the phone, it told me the opposite. If you're considering an out-of-state purchase from this dealership, document the car's condition yourself before you sign, and get every promise in writing, because it won't be honored once the deal is done. This dealership was given a month and every opportunity to keep its word. It chose not to. More

Beware! They lie about everything! Horrible service! Dealt with a salesman that sent inappropriate communication with me. The rest of the management team lie and deceive just to get your money! I would never go to this dealership again! I would rather drive 100’s of miles away just to get one. I love bmws and would buy one again, BUT NEVER FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They scam you and are so beyond unprofessional. The verbal abuse I received from them was extensive and they will lie about everything! More

September 12th 2023 response to complaint I was played pretty good today. That is messed up and sorry to hear what happened wirh finding your dream car. I feel thw same way because the sale was al pretty good today. That is messed up and sorry to hear what happened wirh finding your dream car. I feel thw same way because the sale was already happening but the rep told me the car was available. Yes sir. I am disgusted behind belief of how lazy someone can be to check if someone was already in the process of purchasing it ... literally I was like some low life to this guy that he said it was available and I was the happiest I had been in a long time. Worst experience in 30 years with car salesmen and I never even met the guy thankfully. They will play games all the way until the end knowing there is already a person buying the car I was a " just in case " plan B before closing I was going to buy the car outright. More

He suggested I pay for services that were latter verified to be completely unnecessary and was also extremely rude to both my wife and I, on two separate occasions. I made an online appointment to have two lightbulbs replaced (for $350 by the way). An hour after arriving, they told me that yes, those two light bulbs need to be replaced, but they did not have one o replaced (for $350 by the way). An hour after arriving, they told me that yes, those two light bulbs need to be replaced, but they did not have one of them. Since my online appointment request identified what bulbs I needed, I would have expected them to make sure the requested bulbs were in stock. They charge a 3% credit card surcharge. When I said I would bring a check, they said they don't accept personal checks. To avoid the surcharge, one must pay with cash or debit card. It seems like nickel and diming me for services that are already high priced. They do have a nice waiting room. More
