Brought my 2015 X1 in for a recall repair, and they were super nice from start to finish. After doing my repair, the mechanic did a top down inspection, and noticed a small oil leak coming from a gasket. He super nice from start to finish. My experience with this dealership was a happy accident. I was traveling through town. My car broke down on my way to New Orleans. The dealership was closing when I basically rolled into the car lot.
