I've brought my 3 Series to BMW of Manhattan several times for service and was very satisfied with the work performed each and every time. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable, and is honest and upfront about any additional costs, delays in pick-up time, etc. I appreciate their honesty and feel that they do care about their customers. I had an issue with my car once, and John P was very prompt and professional in letting me know exactly what was wrong. He explained the problem and the charges and was extremely helpful. My car always comes out of there cleaner and more beautiful than the last time. I have and would recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Really professional and organized. What really makes BMW of Manhattan so great to me is my service rep Buddy. I run a very large Films Production Facility in NYC call Citysage. We deal with celeberties all the time and hundreds of people in the movie industry. I have not met within my staff or in the industry (and ive been in it 20 years) a person more concerned and aware of customer serive as Buddy. He really cares and it shows. He also have a great deal of knowledge of the cars. I am really impressed with BMW of Manhattan and the staff they have on location. Great job. Brian Coles More

Overall I've had great service despite the fact that this is a very busy dealership. The car has always been ready when promised and if they needed more time I appreciate their honesty.
