Battery replacement My wife took her car in to have the battery replaced. It took over two hours and the labor we were charged was completely outrageous. The labor price can not be justified and it's sickening to know that you think it's normal and ok to charge a customer $500 to change a battery and reprogram the computer. I am a business owner and can not imagine taking advantage of my customers the way you do. Terrible business ethics. More

Very efficient Appointment was on time. Problem found with the vehicle. Part had to be ordered and was loaned a very nice vehicle to return home and return the next Appointment was on time.
