Deceptive I was a new customer coming in for the first time to get an oil change and a once over on my vehicle, never dealing with BMW before I was unaware that I was a new customer coming in for the first time to get an oil change and a once over on my vehicle, never dealing with BMW before I was unaware that an overall inspection is done with this service I was charged over 200$ for something customary! And only found out when I returned for an oil change and requested a different service person who happens to look like me! He was honest and answered my questions unlike the previous guy who literally took my money for no reason! And didn’t fix a thing ! If I can find someone else to service my vehicle I’ll probably do that because I don’t like to be lied to or cheated I’m a single Mom and I need all of my money More
