The staff is friendly, accommodating , listens to my concerns, patient. From the service answering staff who gave me a chance to change my schedule to an earlier date ( due to a need- brakes warning) concerns, patient. Each time we have brought our vehicle in for a repair or service, it has taken multiple trips. When we purchased our 2022 X5 Sport in January, 2022, we were told by our salesman that we would be given a loa service, it has taken multiple trips. When we purchased our 2022 X5 Sport in January, 2022, we were told by our salesman that we would be given a loaner car any time we needed service, including oil changes. When we brought the car in, were were told there are no loaners and now, there is no shuttle-just Lyft or Uber!! We had a flat tire in early July on our Run Flat tire and were told that it would take 6 weeks to get a Continental Tire-a temporary tire was placed on our vehicle and it took 14 weeks to get our replacement-we also were told that there was no warranty on these expensive, upgraded tires. We could not understand how a brand new tire like this could just go flat-I called Continental Tires, who said that BMW could get a tire from them for us quickly and also asked that BMW send them the flat tire so that they could check for defects and possible give us a replacement tire-this was not done, leaving us with a huge bill and waiting the 14 weeks. Very surprised and disappointed with the service at BMW. More
