I arrived at the dealership 15 minutes before time and I notice that a lot of changes had been made due to construction. I pulled it to the service area and I was waiting on Adam Gladden to help me but he j notice that a lot of changes had been made due to construction. I pulled it to the service area and I was waiting on Adam Gladden to help me but he just sat on his xxx totally disregarding me. So I decided to walk inside but noticed all the service desk was placed outside so I went back outside close to Adam Gladden desk and he still didn't acknowledge until I said will you help me please. In fact no xxxx body greeted me. This was my second trip to this dealership the first trip was very pleasant the last one was horrible. I truly think he had a problem with me because of race, belive me when I say the race card is often used to discredit or make any simple situation worst so let me be clear I don't go around saying a situation seem racist to me if I truly believe it wasn't. More
