Lackluster BMW experience compared to other BMW dealerships. The wait area only amenity was water and coffee. No entertainment. Bathroom was out of soap. During my approximate 2 hour wait f dealerships. The wait area only amenity was water and coffee. No entertainment. Bathroom was out of soap. During my approximate 2 hour wait for a balance. I walked throughout the dealership inside and outside and not once was engaged by any employee. Inside there were many salesmen grouped together. Service work was good. However, I have never had a service and not had the car washed or at least asked if I wanted. Every other BMW dealership I have been to this is included regardless of work performed. This is not something I expect from any luxury brand. More
