The most important experience was how kind he was with my children, offering water and snacks and bringing them chairs, their comfort was as much a priority to him as mine. The entire dealership in general was amazing. Giovanny made the finance portion of it all seamless, comfortable, and respectful. Everything was clean and neat, and I’m so excited I was able to purchase my 2024 M340i from them!
