Terrible service Purchased 750Li BMW, car was burning oil like crazy, they made the repair during warranty, then charged me for the car rental, I was promised an extra Purchased 750Li BMW, car was burning oil like crazy, they made the repair during warranty, then charged me for the car rental, I was promised an extra key, they said the previous owner was going to drop it off, after asking for it half a dozen times with no luck, I asked to speak to the manager, he told me that its been to long and they will not be giving me the key, of course I had no idea how expensive they were, so I had no clue what the big deal was, then I found out what its all about how expensive they were, never mind the promise, its money, not the service that was of concern to them. Now I have a bad battery that was defective, and their is a class action suite against them, of course they did not change it and my car still burns oil after a $7000 engine job. I purchased $50,000 problem with a dealer that does not stand by their product, shameless. No more BMW's for me, this was my 3rd and last one. More
Easy In Easy Out Blew a rod in the engine of a car I had already put $3k into, so this was an unexpected trip for me. After seeing the car I wanted via Autonation.com Blew a rod in the engine of a car I had already put $3k into, so this was an unexpected trip for me. After seeing the car I wanted via Autonation.com, I went to BMW of Henderson and was promptly greeted by Darrell who checked inventory, found the car I was interested in, verified that it was still available for sale, and got me set up with Feri in sales. Feri, a 5 year veteran at the Dealership was cordial, walked up and was ready to go out on a test drive, but acquiesced to my request to discuss my situation prior to going out on a test drive: lived credit free the last 18 years, own my house free and clear, and make 40% of my house's value annually thru my current job, and a credit score in the mid 600's, BUT was denied twice by banks for a Home Equity Loan because I have 0 trade-lines (credit cards, line of credit: they want 3). This purchase was not just for a car, but to set up a trade-line, and although I know I'll get smoked on the interest rate (mid 20%), I'll be looking to override it in 3-6 months time with a Bank/Credit Union loan. So I told Feri that I didn't want this to be a waste of both out time if my situation and lack of trade lines would prevent me from a loan thru their financing. Feri said to let her Finance Manager, Mike King look into getting me financed while we go on a 5-10 minute test drive. We went on the test drive, a no brainer since my family owns the exact same vehicle, but in a different color. Car ran well, a little tick off the timing belts, so I know they're not as sturdy as the other 328i our family owns, but still workable nonetheless. Upon return, Mike King presented an offer, so I pulled out my Water Bill (proof of residence and ownership), W-2 and last paycheck stub (to verify income), and 6 personal/professional references (my guess is to market BMW to them along with checking up on my credibility and whereabouts). I signed and was out in 55 MINUTES....yes....55 MINUTES! I cannot express enough in words how completely satisfied I was with the whole process and the team of Darrell, Feri and Mike who made the transitions from picking, pricing, testing, financing, and closing as seamless and painless as possible. I am back on the road with credit, an inevitable reunion in this world we live in, and I have a great BMW Certified used car with 2 year Warranty to boot....all in 55 MINUTES! If this testimony hits home, please take it to heart and go there, be honest about your situation and let the team (and yes, they're a team) at BMW of Henderson take care of you like they did me! If I could give a ZERO, I would I have had a lot of cars and been to many places across the US. This place is the absolute worst. They act like you are bothering them when you show I have had a lot of cars and been to many places across the US. This place is the absolute worst. They act like you are bothering them when you show up. It took SIX phone cycles before someone will even pick up the phone. When I show up for my appointment, NOONE greet you. There was a car in front of me so we sat for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come out and tell us what to do. After that, I decided to go in. It took 10 min before the service person will come out. When we went to the car to get the key, the customer in front of me is STILL in the car. Noone had greeted him still. Even though we have an appt, we still had to call back in to check on the car 4 hours later to see if the car is ready because they were closing and I need the car. They said car is ready. Once I show up, the service person once again acted like I am bothering him and nothing was ready. Waited some more. No greetings, no goodbyes. Dude, if you hate your job so much, DON'T work there...AND btw it is bad form to speak poorly of other customers while another customer is sitting there waiting for his car. This is NOT the service I expected from BMW. More

The worst dealership I've ever been to !!!!! I was unfortunately forced to take my car to the BMW service department about a month ago. They had my vehicle for two and a half weeks. When i brough I was unfortunately forced to take my car to the BMW service department about a month ago. They had my vehicle for two and a half weeks. When i brought it in the service writer Melissa to lied to me on several different occasions. The service director was completely nasty with me as well as the General Manager. All three of those characters should have their employment terminated. My car while under their supervision was poorly handled and inspected. They first told me it was my battery then my transmission. So i paid for the transmission, and the day i took it home and let it sit for a couple of hours and it wouldn't turn on brought the car back for them too look at it a few different times and they wouldn't even bother looking at it and kept on trying to charge for my inspections. I can't believe buying a higher end vehicle comes with this kid of customer service. Truly despicable. More
Terrible Experience I Went to the BMW dealership to get a car after my BMW was totaled. I decided to buy a Mercedes, instead of a BMW because I like It more than the BM I Went to the BMW dealership to get a car after my BMW was totaled. I decided to buy a Mercedes, instead of a BMW because I like It more than the BMW. The problems started a day after I bought car due to the rain because the wipers of the car weren’t working, so I took the car back to get them fix. I also notice that the car did not come with floor mats. What kind of dealership sells cars with out floor mats. They told me that they couldn’t provide floor mats because it was a use Mercedes and not a BMW. In addition 5 days after I purchased the car, one of my tires was flat. When I checked the tire, I noticed the tire was wear off, so I took it back to the dealership and they said that I must have damaged the tire and that’s why the air was coming out. They said that I must have hit something with the tire and that why It was wear off. The manager was very rude and defensive. He refused to change the tire. I had the car for only 5 days and I had to pay 259 for new tire. Not good management, extremely rude. They need to practice their customers service skills. Do not buy from here, bad business. More
Service Center lacking well, service. I purchased a 2014 X3 from this location. The buying experience itself was fine- nothing above and beyond but we did our research and knew what we wer I purchased a 2014 X3 from this location. The buying experience itself was fine- nothing above and beyond but we did our research and knew what we were looking for. After purchasing the car, the ‘convenience’ of BMW handling your DMV/Tag Trip wasn’t very convenient. I called the week prior to the temp tag expiring and heard nothing back. Finally got a text from someone, but it wasn’t until I called the night before they expired did they send someone out to my house to give me my new tags. All not a big deal, but for this great BMW experience they gloat about, it does not compare to my Land Rover or even my husband’s Subaru. After a month and a half with the car, I noticed a few issues. The breaks made a grinding noise at times while other times they squeaked. And when I opened my tail gate, often times the door wouldn’t completely open. I made an appt to bring it in and that’s when the frustration hit. The receptionist asked if I would stay with my car or use their shuttle service… no offer of a loaner. I agreed to the shuttle service. When I brought my car in, Melissa brought my car around into the garage. She acknowledged a slight sound with the breaks. After getting me checked in, she sent me to the waiting area to wait for the shuttle driver who was MIA at 9:00am. I asked her if I call the dealership when my car is ready to get a ride back and her response was, “Yes, but the shuttle ends at 2:30” then just walked away. When the shuttle driver showed up, he asked who needed rides and the several people in the waiting room raised their hands. After I explained where I was going and other people explained where they were going, the driver started sorting out the rides, people started arguing about drop off times and I just volunteered to take an Uber to avoid the fighting and being any later for work. He escorted people over to their advisors (even though they were already with different customers) to find other rides and said he would drop me off. The shuttle car needed a heavy car detailing and yes, they only have ONE shuttle service for the ENTIRE DEALERSHIP. Not only that, but their fleet of loaners is so lacking that to get an appt with a loaner, you have to book an appt over a month and a half out. When I asked about the ride back again, the driver explained he had a doctor’s appt so he was ending rides at 2:30pm. Really? BMW wouldn’t have someone else fill their one shuttle service the rest of the day? I didn’t get a phone call back about my car until 5:00pm that day so I was forced to Uber back. When I picked up my car, Melissa explained that they could not find anything wrong with it. She said that BMW breaks are just louder than most and they opened the tail gate several times with no problem. She said I still had plenty of break pads left and when I asked for a print out of this info, the computer system couldn't produce it for some reason so she handle wrote it in. While in the BMW garage, I opened the tail gate and it opened all the way, but when I pressed the close button, nothing happened. NOW it doesn’t close? I looked around and asked an employee if I was missing something/is there a trick to closing it? She manually pushed it close herself then when we opened it, it again opened half way. I tried to press the close button again and it no longer worked. They got my advisor and she seemed annoyed. She tried again to open and close it and had all the same problems. She got into the drivers seat and explained that here is a setting in the system where you can adjust the height of the opening. Looking over her shoulder, I saw it was at the max opening level on the screen. She dialed it down to the lowest level then back up to half way AND TRIED TO TELL ME THAT WAS WHERE THE SETTING WAS AT. I was standing right there! Why lie about that? I corrected her saying I was standing right there and saw the setting and reminded her that now it isn’t closing to so there is something wrong here anyway. So back to the waiting room I go… After a short wait (they were speedy here), they came back to tell me it was repaired. I walked out, opened and closed it and it worked…for a few days. It again will not close with the button. I have no problem manually closing it, but they explained its bad for the car. So back to the dealership I go and get this… my warranty is up. How convenient. Cars have issues, especially used cars. I get that. But the corners they cut at this dealership when dealing with issues and the customer service experience magnifies these problems. And if you are going to be cheap with only 20 loaner cars, at least get a proper shuttle service. More

Said tires were run flats so we bought extra warrants, lmfao. Tired were worn down regular cheap tires Mercedes was surprised they would even sell with tires in that condition! Then they said oil and break were just done and i had Year before I needed service, bull crap Mercedes said was low on all fluids, then they lied when called about issues said it had been services at IV Mercedes in July(bought nov! Def not recent service) but when Mercedes looked up vin at had NEVER been serviced there! Yeah when you get your car home you feel totAlly taken advantage of and scammed by every person under the BMW of Henderson, including there rude, sharp mouthed receptionists that are more like potential business repellent should have tried to make a phone call and check customer service priorities before I thought walking into this auto nation store was a safe place to purchase a reliable vehicle. Not only did this experience ruin any considerations of returning to BMW of Henderson but I will also NEVER go to another auto nAtion property if this is the kind of dealers they have under their umbrella. They are comparable to drivetime which is crap More
