This was my second visit for the exact same routine oil change service, and unfortunately, it was just as disappointing. On my first visit,with a girl name Julia I brought a 15% off service coupon, but was change service, and unfortunately, it was just as disappointing. On my first visit,with a girl name Julia I brought a 15% off service coupon, but was repeatedly told for different reasons it could not be applied. I left extremely disappointed. I returned only because I still needed the oil change. On my second visit, I had an early appointment, but still waited over three hours for a routine oil change. No one proactively communicated updates or explained the delay; I was simply left waiting. I’ve had the same service completed at a Mercedes dealership in about an hour, so this experience was extremely frustrating and far below my expectations. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and respect for customers’ time More
