Appointment done 2/3 days ago via our service advisor. When we arrive around 2 pm. Lady service advisor called us. We were thinking our service advisor still on lunch break. Where is our service advisor. We were thinking she is just doing it, yo facilitate paper works and concerns for service that day. Took more than 2 hours waiting. We saw our service advisor by the waiting area. We thought he is going to approach us. But, he just passed by. We don't know why? Then tge lady service advisor came and service done. " you have yo changed the 3 tires" I was surprised, the threads of the 3 tires are still good. The other tire was changed 2 months ago because there was a screw side ofvthe wheel and can't or not advisable to patch. The way that lady advisor is unacceptable. Question why are we having a new service advisor. The tex we sent to our advisor,he gave me the number to tex him, whenever we have questions. Very disappointed with the service done yesterday. Even though on video they are recommendations and prices per recommendations total. The way we were approached by the service advisor saying " you have to changed 3 tires". Handing the papers to the cashiers to pay for the service. That's not how to talk to customers. Very disappointed. More

I stated car had been recently serviced and they still tried to sell that service !lots of employees standing or wandering around no wonder cost are so high ! More
