Monica, I'm not sure what it is you think you've done to restore my faith. I spent an entire Saturday afternoon driving to your dealership (160 miles round trip), hanging around your dealership, then driving back from your dealership. I only came down because the car was advertised as a CPO (in more than one place on the website). I even called a salesperson to make sure you had the car and he never said anything about it not being CPO (even though he was looking at the website while we were talking about it and it was clearly labeled as CPO), then drove down and test drove the car with a salesman who confirmed it was CPO, only to find out at the very end when we're ready to buy that it's not a CPO! And now you tell me that you've finally decided to doublecheck your own website for accuracy and that's supposed to restore my faith??!! I think you and the rest of your team have a thing or two to learn about customer service. Between my wife and I and immediate families we have owned 8 BMWs. We will continue to be a BMW family, but we are not interested in dealing with a dealership so out of touch with good customer service.
