I had a great experience at BMW of Freeport and wanted to specifically recognize Jermaine for all of his help throughout the process. At no point did I feel pressured. Jermaine was incredibly patient, responsive, and professional every step of the way. What stood out the most was that he genuinely seemed interested in earning my business, not just making a sale. He took the time to answer questions, explore different scenarios, and work through multiple financing options until we found a structure that made sense for me. His communication was clear, and he made what could have been a stressful process feel much smoother and more comfortable. Because of that experience, I was able to move forward feeling confident in my decision and truly enjoy the excitement of purchasing my new X5. David was very patient and spent the time reviewing the features of the car…which has not always been the case previously. One thing the dealership and/or BMW could improve upon.
