Mark Vicens was my Client Advisor and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Mark answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Mark's calm demeanor was right up my alley and being that I already knew what I wanted to lease, our negotiation was pretty quick. I would recommend Mark to those who feel threatened of the idea of haggling when they walk into a car dealership, Mark will put your mind at ease. Michael Monteleone was my Finance Manager. Michael was friendly, professional and expeditious. Michael recognized the fact that I was a Veteran and was able to give me a discount on an additional protection package I purchased, this is a VETERANS FRIENDLY dealership. I was out of his office and driving home in my new car in less than 30 minutes. I had an overall fantastic experience at BMW of Freehold.
