I came to BMW of Freehold to purchase a 2020 BMW M340xi. I first spoke with a woman named Brittany. Brittany was very kind and patient when checking for car availability. When I first walked in the door I was acknowledged immediately and greeted with smiles from the employees. They introduced me to John Cheung the sales consultant. As soon as I began speaking with John, I could sense that this was going to be a good experience. The amount of hospitality, generosity, and attentiveness he displayed to my family and I was unreal. He didn't use any pressure sales tactics and ensured that I was ecstatic about the car before signing any paperwork. He didn't push for any upsales. The transaction was very smooth to say the least. Tyler in financing and John both made sure I was comfortable with the financing options presented to me. I honestly wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from this dealership.
