Bought a low mileage 2024 BMW 330 ix sedan in March. Purchased the vehicle sight unseen. When I arrived at the dealership, I noticed there were a few issues with the car. There was also a gouge out of the sidewall of the right front tire. I was pleased that the dealer addressed all the body scratches and scraped wheels issues including installing a new tire. I worked with salesperson Jonas Spencer and Floor Manager Jordan Baros. Everyone was very attentive to the issues and addressed everything needed. The price on the vehicle was very fair and I feel that all in all, everything went well. I would buy another vehicle from this dealer. Service after the sale is the real key for me on how well the process works. In addition, the service and re-conditioning department kept me in the loop continually on when the car would be ready for delivery. They excelled in all departments. More

Had received a "low oil" message while out of town (from Salem). Fearing a possible leak, I headed to the closest BMW service center (Eugene). Service advisor, JJ Lawson, arranged a loaner car for me, and g Salem). Fearing a possible leak, I headed to the closest BMW service center (Eugene). Service advisor, JJ Lawson, arranged a loaner car for me, and got my car in for testing / inspection later that day. Thankfully, turned out to be a lot of nothing (at least for now) after diagnostic testing and repeated visual inspections. I really appreciated the effort to get me in and out in a timely fashion. JJ especially, and the rest of the crew, were very understanding, helpful, cordial, and professional. Thanks for the great customer service experience! More
