I have come to this dealership for a couple of years now and have always had a great experience with BMW South County, whether its their sales or service department. Recently, I had my car towed in. To get and have always had a great experience with BMW South County, whether its their sales or service department. Recently, I had my car towed in. To get straight to the point, I had to leave my car for a couple of days, so I was need of a loaner car, which are free courtesy cars provided by BMW South County, a huge plus. The young man that helped me that, Joseph, was very polite and helpful. He helped me carry and transfer stuff from my car into the loaner, which he did it with a genuine smile. I say genuine because he kept it for the whole time. WHOLE TIME! He helped with the paperwork, pointed out a few scratches on the car I would have never NEVER saw, and hooked it up with a 335D. Also after I returned the vehicle, I had left a check in the loaner which I called Joseph, (he picked up the phone) and a gave a sigh of relief knowing he had found it in the glovebox while checking it in and he said he actually was about a second away from giving me a call that he found it!! Just a shout-out to Joseph!! More
