Help on the Road While visiting family in Stamford, the “add coolant” indicator came on. I stopped at unannounced at BMW of Darien and was greated by Steve Parrett who While visiting family in Stamford, the “add coolant” indicator came on. I stopped at unannounced at BMW of Darien and was greated by Steve Parrett who personally topped off the fluid. When I stopped by 2 days later to check the coolant level, the service tech, Neal, removed the engine cover and pointed out that coolant lines needed replacement. That’s the type of service that completes the experience of owning and driving a BMW. More

Darien Service-- Why would anyone go elsewhere! I called for an appointment. The service reception was more than courteous, and very helpful. My service advisor Vince Pampena [who I understand I called for an appointment. The service reception was more than courteous, and very helpful. My advisor was thorough and professional. Pete called me mid-day with an update and any decisions to be made. Finally my vehicle is fixed!!! Anthony Fiscitti was far superior than any other service advisor I have met anywhere else. He was very interested in my vehicles service history which Anthony Fiscitti was far superior than any other service advisor I have met anywhere else. He was very interested in my vehicles service history which sets him apart from others. He was very knowledgable and tenacious as well. He resolved my vehicles problem within days when I had been to the Greenwich/Port Chester service station at least six times for the same problem.
