White glove service! They fixed my recalls, provided LYFT from the dealer ship back to my home while they worked on my car. I’m giving Dallas BMW 5 stars even though they made a mistake on the oil change that required the car to be brought back the next day and fixed. Fernando and the service team quickly recognized the erro mistake on the oil change that required the car to be brought back the next day and fixed. Fernando and the service team quickly recognized the error and responded with professionalism and speed to make it right, to include staying an hour past his shift to ensure I got the car in time to get to my other event that evening. Of course no one likes to make or experience an error, but how one responds to problems makes all the difference. More
