Colin is an amazing advisor when it comes to transparency and communication. He gave me an update on my car in the morning and evening every day it was in there. Dean Nassar is a magnificent service advisor and has earned my trust. I had been to BMW service previously a few times and decided that I would continue to service my car in Houston whenever I would vis earned my trust. He is honest, up front and I truly believe that he has the best interest of my car at heart. He even wrote down my cars name in the file and addresses him by his name!! My service advisor. Parker Adams is great. The reason I love my Mini Cooper is because I have a great service advisor and great people to take care of me and my car. LIf Parker Adams is great.
