Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the experience I had recently with BMW. I had taken my vehicle for a recall and a message saying “reduce driving assistance” message kept coming on the screen. When I had recently with BMW. I had taken my vehicle for a recall and a message saying “reduce driving assistance” message kept coming on the screen. When I got there Tyler said they taken care of the recall issue but they can look at the “reduce driving assistance” problem. After a couple of weeks Tyler said warranty would not cover and I would have to come $800 out of pocket. I agreed to pay. The same day I picked of my vehicle the message came back on. I called Tyler and asked to bring the car back. After a couple of weeks he said I had to pay another $800 for that issue and other issues the car had. I was extremely disappointed because I had already paid $800 the first time, why would I have to pay again! The problem was never fixed the first time obviously. More

Have leased multiple vehicles here. All have had low profile tires and all eventually have had tire problems. Got the tire and wheel insurance. Sure enough, less than 6k miles in on All have had low profile tires and all eventually have had tire problems. Got the tire and wheel insurance. Sure enough, less than 6k miles in on my newest lease, one of the tires bulged and had to be replaced while on a road trip. Tire didn't run over any damaging material. Belts inside it just broke. Was lucky to get the tire located and replaced within a day in the small town where it happened. Drove home and tried to file a claim. After multiple sits on hold and auto prompts that didn't deal with my situation, I was told no coverage on the new tire because the replacement wasn't "pre-approved." Going to be hard to convince me to get another BMW when this lease ends. They're just not that much better that is worth fighting through the nickel and dime cheesy stuff like this over a ~$400 tire.
