Joe was amazing and worked hard to make the stressful car buying process effortless. His friendly, calm demeanor quickly put us at ease. Having the ability to test drive the vehicle on our own gave us the flexibility to talk freely without a sales rep in the back seat while driving, which was not the case with other dealers we visited. We purchased a used vehicle and it was delivered on our schedule and it was flawless. A week after purchasing our vehicle we realized a light was out and we contacted the dealership to resolve the issue. They were incredibly responsive with our concern and worked very quickly to remedy to put us in touch with a nearby Lincoln dealer since we were now off Cape.
