BMW of Buena Park - Service Center

Had to wait over 4 hours for a recall service . I was told it takes 2 hours. They only provide a one way ride. They will offer a free car wash but have to wait an extra hour for this service. Interior was never cleaned. My next service will be at a different dealer for sure. More

extremely dissatisfied with their service. worst service advisor i met ever today. went in for a routine maintenance for my bmw and were assigned to a service advisor. he was nice in the begi worst service advisor i met ever today. went in for a routine maintenance for my bmw and were assigned to a service advisor. he was nice in the beginning, but from the moment i declined the tire replacement service he recommended, his attitude changed. a simple two and half hour service took a whole day and they never followed up with the status. the service advisor was not answering my calls. i attempted calling them ten or more times and even left a message to a live person and answering machine, but they never returned my call. once you hurt their feelings, you are done. your car service will be placed to the bottom of the stack and won't be taken care of. your service department receptionist seemed to have been advised by the service advisor and screen the calls and will not answer your call. i checked the mileage of my car and found a suspicious driving activity via the recorded GPS location tracker. my car seemed to have been used for their lunch outing drive to la habra as well. you can't trust Buena Park BMW Service Department personnel. their newly refurbished facility looked nice but their personnel and services were not. strongly not recommended for your BMW services. For the most part the experience was good. However I noticed that some customers received different treatment from others. It was still being washed so instead of telling me to wait inside the waiting area I was told to wait outside for an additional 15-20 minutes. While I see another customer was told that their car was being washed and the advisor would come and get them when their car was finished and to wait in the waiting area. More
