Good service Luis was good in providing rides and following up with my car repair. Only issue was the tire I needed end up being the last tire of that size and the tire tech guy stated that I would g following up with my car repair. Only issue was the tire I needed end up being the last tire of that size and the tire tech guy stated that I would get it but unfortunately I had to wait til the next day due to getting something approved that one last tire went to someone else and they then needed to order my tire. So I was a whole day and a half without a car because there was no available loaners. I was not expecting to leave my car for the day so had to have Luis get my daughter and I a Lyft. I had other plans for that evening. More

I took my BMW to have an oil change service. When I got it back I noticed they disconnected my dashcam. I understand they are maybe trying to protect something proprietary. However, they did not ask for my permission they just did it themselves. By doing so they messed up the alignment of the camera, and created an issue that took over an hour of my time to correct it. Not sure if they should be allowed to modify accessories not making the scope of the service appointment. Not happy with the (lack of) communication. More
