I had purchased a 3 series in the past. Unfortunately Hurricane Sandy destroyed the car and it was determined by the insurance company as totalled. During that same time it was impossible to rent a car since so many people were affected. Life Quality gave us a loaner car to help us out. They told us we could use the car until our new car arrived. I was so impressed by their concern for our major need for transportation and their genuine concern for the loss that my wife and I had incurred. Beside the loss of my wife's car we also loss half of our house with four feet of water and I also loss my own car. My car was not a BMW but after the tremendous customer service and personal care we were given when purchasing my wife's car, I wasn't going to purchase a car from any other dealer. We are now both driving the ultimate driving machine. I would recommened Life Quality BMW to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

We arrived from out of town (VA residents) late Friday evening after Thanksgiving. Kaz immediately welcomed us and showed us the X6 we came to look at. We were interested in the vehicle but there was no evening after Thanksgiving. Kaz immediately welcomed us and showed us the X6 we came to look at. The car we drove in had experienced the craters on the bridge and had a flat tire. Kaz took us to the local tire shop. Of course they did not have the tire we needed, but the Firestone (kind of) near by, did. It was late, the store was about to close, our car was jacked up missing one tire. We were in a bind. Kaz took care of us. He drove us to pick up the tire. He found us a hotel room which was difficult since it was Thanksgiving weekend and days after "Sandy". He gave us his home phone number in case we needed something. He went over and above anything that was expected. And we appreciated it immensely as we were very ill prepared to stay in NY that night. The negotiations and paperwork were professional. Kaz went over the features of the vehicle in detail and sent us on our way back to VA. Weeks later we discovered we needed an invoice from the local tire shop for the insurance claim. Once again Kaz went out of his way to help us by contacting the shop and sending us the invoice. KAZ IS THE BEST! I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. Thanks Kaz- you made a potentially terrible experience turn into a memorable one. We are loving our X6! More

I was in a rush and needed a new tire cause of a flat, I went to life quality on Saturday and spoke to Luis. He told me he would check all my tires and my rims. Luis explained in detail what the reasons of having a proper alignment and balancing. Lucky me he had the alignment and the balancing on sale, I saved over $250. Once I was done with that Luis scheduled me for my next service and set a detail BMW Spa, and guess what...He is discounting that service for me too. Everyone in the life quality BMW team are extra professional and treated me with respect. Not only will I return to this dealership, I would recommend them to my family and friends.
