Having taking my car to LQ BMW for almost 2 years now, I can’t believe I haven’t written this review sooner. Luis is very helpful, he always explains exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and describes th can’t believe I haven’t written this review sooner. He constantly keeps you updated on the status of your car. He always works quickly, goes the extra mile to check and fix the little things but never try to upsell you on further services. The worst dealership experience I have ever had over the course of owning 5 BMWs over the past 12 years---the people are rude, arrogant and completely unpleasant to deal with.
