On my latest visit which was about two weeks ago, I dropped my car off because the engine light was coming on and my car was dragging/pulling. This is the second time this has occurred. I have a 2010 B dropped my car off because the engine light was coming on and my car was dragging/pulling. This is the second time this has occurred. I have a 2010 BMX G550 with less than 30k miles so I don’t understand why I would be having engine issues again. So my husband drops the car off and about 3 days later I get a call from Brendan stating my car was out of warranty as of December 15th (why don’t we get some type of notice from BMW but I digress) and it would cost $2500 to fix this issue. Now, I’m sure you could understand why I was upset…. $2,500….right after the holidays???? Not to mention, when my husband dropped the car off, he wasn’t told the vehicle was out of warranty. So then Brendan stated they could give me a discount because I didn’t know and I’ve been a long time customer. The discount was $1k off ($1,500). To me, that was still too much considering this is the second time this issue occurred and I could have taken my car elsewhere and I wanted to pick my car up immediately. Brendan stated that outside of BMW, no one else could repair it and I would still have to pay a diagnostic fee regardless when I came to pick the care up. Not going to happen. If I was told the warranty expired, my husband would have left then and there. I give Brendan credit, I was flipping out and he still managed to remain cool. After going back and forth, he said he’d speak to his manager (Nick) and get back to me. I received a call from Brendan the next day and he said he couldn’t make any promises but was working on something and he needed a couple of days to get back to me. After about 2 days, Brendan indeed got back to me and stated that my car would be covered by BMW corporate! Brendan went above and beyond and presented my case to not only Nick, but to BMW corporate. And he did this despite my b*tching/complaining and without me asking (I didn’t get that far yet). What his motivation was, I don’t care because what he did was right by his customer. That’s all that matters. So next time you go, maybe you should try Brendan! More
My family and I have been leasing cars from this dealership for over 10 years and we will keep continuing to do so. We have leased other car makes but none will ever compare to a BMW and more import dealership for over 10 years and we will keep continuing to do so. We have leased other car makes but none will ever compare to a BMW and more importantly a life quality BMW. From the moment you walk into the door they treat you like family. They give you a great deal from the beginning unlike other dealerships where you have to threaten them you are going to walk out in order to start lowering the price. You can build a long standing relationship with this dealership. There are many instances I can remember where the service was outstanding but one stands out more than the others. Not too long ago I filled up my car with contaminated gas from a gas station I have been going to for a long time. After returning home the car never started again. Towing was needed so I had the car towed to life quality without making an appointment because I knew they wouldn't refuse me. Not only did they start working on the car right away but the General Manager, Nick Giordano made sure I was given a loaner for my inconvenience without having set an appointment for one. Then, the bad news came in, that the gas contained 94% ethanol and it had contaminated the entire fuel system, which now needed to be replaced. This was not covered by warranty, insurance did not cover it and I had paid for the gas in cash with no receipt. Nick knowing how loyal my family and I are with life quality called me and said not worry, the dealership will pay for the repair no questions asked which was costing around $5,000. No other dealership would have done this and I cannot thank them enough. I would not suggest going to any BMW dealership other than Life Quality. More

life quality is probably one of the best dealerships I've ever went to to get a BMW. this is my 3rd BMW and i could say honestly the other dealerships i have visited to get my other ones nothing compare I've ever went to to get a BMW. this is my 3rd BMW and i could say honestly the other dealerships i have visited to get my other ones nothing compares to here. i live in jersey and i came to brooklyn to lease another car and I'm in love. i was in and out of there quick and efficiently. i didn't have to travel back and forth 10000 times to finish filling out paper work everything was done on spot and because i came from another state theres usually more paper work from what i noticed. highly recommend here if your out of state or even in brooklyn. everyone was so funny and nice too Rich mac who was my sales advisor ROCKS. kudos to life quality!! More
Kaz Zahrieh is wonderful. He was a "no pressure" man. I went into his office at 10 am and by 4pm I was driving my 2014. Kaz even delivered my shade cover to me at my work place. I’ve been looking for a specific car with low miles for some time now. I have searched all online site to find a car that was suitable form me. I found that Life Quality BMW had the car I wanted. I’ve neve some time now. I have searched all online site to find a car that was suitable form me. I found that Life Quality BMW had the car I wanted. I’ve never bought a car out of state, across the country none the less. I worked with Kaz and I must say what OUTSTANDING customer service! It was really refreshing how informative he was about the BMW brand and the car itself. Not to mention great personality, good laughs. We were able to work out a deal and arrange to have the car shipped over to me. It was truly seamless and most importantly a PAIN FREE transaction. Again I would like to thank Kaz and Life Quality for making this one of my top car purchase experiences. Thank you again Kaz.. I love my BMW! More
I rarely wrote reviews of any kind but my experience with this service department compelled me to do so in the hope that others might be forewarned on what they would be getting into if they came here for re this service department compelled me to do so in the hope that others might be forewarned on what they would be getting into if they came here for repair work. Also let me make it clear that I did not write this to rant. Rather, I simply described what I went through. I did the norm, calling, setting up an appointment, and ending up with this adviser. As far as “Customer Service” and “Friendliness”, my rating is “Good”, not excessive but adequate. Given my purpose coming here was to fix my car and not to make another lifelong friend, it’s good enough. When it comes to “Quality of Work”, “Overall Experience” and “Pricing”, I can only in good conscience give this place the lowest rating, i.e. “Very Bad”. My car’s work was relatively simple and frankly I could have done it myself if my schedule had been less punishing this year. Anyway after I took the car home and checked what had been done, I was appalled to find that a rubber hose routing around the fan (that needed to be removed for the repair work) was dangling in the air, since only two of the four plastic brackets holding it in place were engaged and the other two were broken (separated from the anchor). Worse still, the broken brackets were still loosely hang on the hose next to the fan and if they broke free and got into the revolving fan blades, more severe damage would definitely occur. I also found a sizable hence very visible scratch (2X3) had been generated on the bumper after the repair work. And they charged me more than $800 for the labor cost alone. Given the quality of the work done and damage made, it was not an acceptable sum. I do feel I have a strong case to bring the car back to the dealership to ask for compensation due to the poor workmanship and extra damage incurred. But I dare not to do so simply because I no longer have any trust in what they do. As for the hose in question, I did a temporary fix with a plastic tie after removing the broken brackets. I cannot tell how much this service adviser was directly responsible for the quality control of the work and pricing. But given she was the only person I dealt with representing the dealership, she had undeniable responsibility. In short, I will not come back to this place for any repair work. More

His attentiveness, professionalism and patience left an exceptional impression of the service I got and made me write this review. I talked to his manager Nick Giordano and realized that it is a normal attitude that prevails at this dealership and anything less than that is not tolerated there. I had different cars in my life and visited a lot of services shops and dealerships; everywhere people were working but the way they are working sometimes make the difference. Nick Giordano and his people and first of all Brenden Belge among them do make a difference. Thank you very much Nich and Brenden for the exceptional service, thank you BMW for having such workers on the staff. Having had many auto purchase experiences over the past 30+ years, this one was the absolute best. Everyone involved was top notch but Kaz was the icing on the cake.
