Service Par Excellence at Life Quality I drove my friends to Life Quality so that they could pick up their new car. While we waited, I merely mentioned to Kaz, that I was concerned whether I drove my friends to Life Quality so that they could pick up their new car. While we waited, I merely mentioned to Kaz, that I was concerned whether one or two features on my BMW were working. His immediate response was to go with me to my car (without a jacket even though it was snowing), make a few adjustments and explain a few features. If that wasn't enough, he had the tire pressure on all four tires checked and adjusted because the tire gauge was on.. All this in about 15 minutes. All this even though I was not the customer. Needless to say I am so grateful to Kaz for going 'beyond the call of duty." My friends have been raving for years about the magnificent staff at Life Quality.
