I love new cars but absolutely hate the process of buying/leasing them.....Until now. My experience with Carolyn Fiala was so outside of what I have experienced in the past that I actually bought th buying/leasing them.....Until now. My experience with Carolyn Fiala was so outside of what I have experienced in the past that I actually bought the car without checking out the other options that my husband and I were going to look at. I still can't believe what a pleasant experience we had - not a migraine nightmare. Mike Shamy made the negotiation a pleasure - I still can't believe that the experience was so stress free. There were no games played - unbelievably my husband and I walked away feeling that we had received a fair price for the lease on a car that we really liked. They worked with us to get a car in our price range comfort zone - there was no effort spent trying to talk us in to options that we didn't want. Thank you Carolyn and you too Mike! More
