We just bought our first BMW and had an exceptional experience at the Bridgewater BMW. The salesperson - Tony Braich - was very friendly and answered all our questions. Overall the experience was good. There were some detailing issues that I noticed and the car was redetailed after I mentioned them. Also, the manager and sales person never mentioned the lack of a detailing issues that I noticed and the car was redetailed after I mentioned them. Also, the manager and sales person never mentioned the lack of a Sirius radio. All other brands I have bought come with a radio and 3 months service but BMW the radio is optional. The Manager then said if I had asked about it at the time of sale it would have been $350 to install. Now it would be $527 since it now required an hour of labor. This is what I would call nickel and diming. More

I recently purchased a new BMW X6 which i absoluelty love. Tim Williams is the best salesman ever. He was patient, understanding of my vehicle needs, friendly, and curtious. I had to order my vehicle an love. Tim Williams is the best salesman ever. He was patient, understanding of my vehicle needs, friendly, and curtious. I had to order my vehicle and the date that he told me it would be ready was exactly the day my car arrived. He emailed me to let me know the status of my vehicle on several occassions which i thought was great. There was no pressure into getting extra packages and I felt that Tim was completely honest with me in helping me make my decision to purchase my X6. When my vehicle arrived Tim took the time to explain how everything inside the vehicle worked. Overall I felt that this was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. It was a pleasure working with Justin. He was extremely thorough and really took the time to explain everything to me a great detail. Dave was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. He made the entire experience a comfortable one from test driving different models, to working out a price and financing method that worked for us an He made the entire experience a comfortable one from test driving different models, to working out a price and financing method that worked for us and all the way through making sure I knew how to work every bell and whistle included in my new car.
